It’s our commitment to your health. We deliver custom professional workouts paired with nutritional guidance to help you reach your fitness peak. We specialize in Technique Instruction & Strength Training Specifically inspired by Powerlifting and Strongman.

My health journey began originally as a way to combat three medical issues, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder & Class 3 obesity (morbidly obese at my height). After finding a mental health professional and getting medicated, i started lifting weights & Dieting to build confidence and to lose the weight i amassed over my 20’s. At my heaviest i was 132kg and managed to cut all the way down to 75kg through careful dieting, programming and exercise.
After 5 years of training, continually educating myself about exercise and nutrition and completing my certification in personal training I am ready to help guide people in their own journeys to better health, and find their own potential, and hopefully impart some of the lessons (good and bad) that i’ve learned through my journey.
